Do you think Technology is Wiring Teens to Have Better Brains or just creating digital addicts? Why?

I think its creating us to be digital addicts. i think this because i feel like i have to get on twitter and tweet and when i don't it feel like i need to. i think me and many other teens cant live without our cellar devices.
