How does flaming show a lack of respect? Do you respect people who flame others? Why?

flaming show a lack or respect by when somebody is flaming their could be expressing they honest opinion about someone or something wish could be took as a insult. Things they would say could be disrespectful and not agreed by others when flaming you show a lack of respect online to whatever you are talking about. No i don't respect other because if you want respect you have to show respect to not just me but others. i wont respect someone that disrespect others because its rude, and i will not know when they would get comfortable with me and start disrespecting me.
