Do you think that the passing the HSPA should be a requirement for graduation? Do standardized test measure what you really know? Why?

I do not think that the passing the HSPA should be a requirement for graduation, because some students are very smart and aren't good test takers.The standardized test doesn't measure what you really know. During the test you could be sick or not feel will and because  of the circumcises you will fail. Even if you fail the hspa by a point or two your required to take the whole section you failed all over.
