What would you do if you witnessed a situation similar to this?

If i witness somebody being cyber bullied or bullied of any kind i would tell the person that's bullying someone its not cool and they not making a good image on their self. I would try and stop it, but if i noticed i cant really help i would seek a higher authority and let the person know what they doing they could get in a lot of trouble for they actions.
